G2 Road Test Examiners Test Result Sheet

Important Note to Driver Read Examiner Sheet

The examiner has used the following code to score your driving test: (OK)                Means manoeuvre was satisfactory.

( ü )         Means some improvement necessary.

(û)           Means lack of skill, knowledge or judgment.

(R)           Means an unsafe action at a R.R. crossing. (//)                Means this manoeuvre not performed.

Items that have been scored more than once require your special attention. These items may indicate an incorrect driving habit or improper understanding of the correct method.

IF PASSED

Study the items scored on the reverse side. Any one of these errors could involve you in a collision. In your own interest, we strongly advise you to correct any faults and become a safer driver.

IF YOU DID NOT PASS

It may have been for any one of the following reasons:

  1. Preventable Collision
  2. Dangerous Action
  3. Traffic Law Violation
  4. Inadequate Skill to Complete Test
  5. Too many driving errors

This last reason may be due to lack of driving skills or knowledge, errors in judgment, or unsafe driving habits.

  • Non-functional head lights or tail lights (darkness and or limited ability)
  • Non-functional windshield wipers or no washer fuid *
  • Damaged windshield: large cracks, stars, etc obstructing vision in area of the windshield swept by the wiper blades
  • Unsecured vehicle parts (i.e. hood)
  • Special permit or altered vehicle plate
  • Roof down and/or unsecured (convertible style vehicle)
  • Objects obstructing vision and low tire pressure
  • Vehicle equipped with Ignition Interlock Device but no (I) condition on licence.
  • Ignition Interlock Device notinstalled if a requirement exists
  • Inability to provide a breath sample during a rolling retest for Ignition Interlock Device
  • Non-functional or uninstalled door(s) (door does not open and/or does not close)
  • Non-functional dual brake (driving instructor vehicle)
  • Non-functional or missing seat belt (applicant or examiner)
  • Non-functional defroster/defogger *
  • Non-functional horn or speedometer
  • Not-secured or missing seat
  • Passenger(s) or pet(s) in vehicle
  • Vehicle will not start or stalls more than 3 times
  • Non-functional right/left brake light
  • Non-functional turn signal
  • No rear bumper
  • Unsecured muffer
  • Unsecured contents (i.e. work vehicle)
  • Invalid sticker or expired 10-day permit
  • Flat tire, donut tire any wheel
  • More than one missing wheel nut per wheel
  • Audible air leak
  • Obvious fuel leaks
  • Flammable goods or compressed gas
  •
