Overview

Beginner Driver Education

In order to satisfy the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) requirements, the student must complete the following:

1, 20 hours in the classroom:80% passing grade required. 

2. 10 hours of in-car lessons: 80% passing grade required. 

3. 10 hours of take-home study from the classroom. 

4. All aspects of the course MUST be completed within 364 days of starting the class to be eligible for certification. 

5. online course requirement 70%. 

6. All fees must be paid in full before Our Driving School can finish the 10 in-car lessons as required by the MTO. 

7. Student must finish online and in car lessons in a year. 

8. Student responsible if online and in car lessons completed certification fee paid by the student. Student will call or email us to get confirmation from school and get certificate print from Service Ontario within a year of course start date. (School will not send any reminder)

Refund and cancellation Policy for all Courses

1.1 – Cancellations of an in-car lesson must be made 24 hours in advance. Please contact your in-car driving instructor at the cell number to the Instructor (student will have the Instructor’s cell number to do this)

2.1 – Our Driving School has a $50 late cancellation fee or a $50 no-show fee to cover the costs associated with the missed in-car lesson.

3.1- If a student does not satisfies and comfortable with our driver instructor, we investigate maybe change another instructor.

4.1 – A 10% admin fee will be charged admin if we are unable to provide an alternate instructor 10% will be charges on total order amount  if student does not start course need refund.

5.1 – Our Driving School will arrange for student pick up for in-car lessons within the city limits, otherwise, a pre-arranged pick-up location will be determined. Please call for more details on city limits.

6.1 – There will be no refunds for the Driver’s Education Course if any lessons (in-class or in-car) are not completed.

7.1 – You are only eligible to receive a refund if cancellation notice is given at least 2 full working days prior to the course start date.

8.1 – There will be no refund if our driving school’s car is booked for a road test in advance, if student want to change test date inform instructor or school 10 days in advance.

9.1 – Students must be at class on time (9 a.m.) and back from lunch (which is a 1/2 hour) and remain in the class until 3 p.m. to receive certification.

10.1 – Please refrain from using heavy perfumes during your in-car lessons as some instructors have allergies. We thank you for your understanding.

11.1 – We send a survey to gather both student and parent feedback to all registrants near or after the course is complete. We appreciate your feedback to help us improve our services.

12.1 – There is no refund of the Road Test booking fee if road test booked from our account no refund your road amount in your drive test account you can refund or use this  later date.

13.1 – As per drive test policy student can cancel or reschedule you roast without any fee prior 48 hours.  If students will not cancel or reschedule the road test before 48-hour test date our school is not responsible.

14.1  – In our all offered courses ministry fee or Drive Test fees not included.

15.1 – We bear no responsibility if your road test is canceled due to inclement weather or your incompliance to COVID 19 related rules, or  shortage of examiner  for the test or any other reason.  Our school will charge $40 if road test late more than 30 min schedule time.

16.1 – If student booked test out of Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke $70 per hour travel time from student pick address additional charges will apply.
