20 +10 Hours(Online) 10 hours of In-car driving lessons (40 Hrs) Insurance discount with this certificate program 4 months reduce wait time for road test from 12 months to 8 months. driver will get a Certificate from the Ministry of Transportation. BDEC graduates with a Driver's License History from Service Ontario may be eligible for an insurance discount for three years.
