Overview
Beginner Driver Education
To satisfy the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) requirements, students must complete the following:
- 20 hours of classroom instruction, with an 80% passing grade required.
- 10 hours of in-car lessons, with an 80% passing grade required.
- 10 hours of take-home study.
- All aspects of the course MUST be completed within 364 days from the start of the class to be eligible for certification.
- Online course requirement: 70% passing grade required.
- All fees must be paid in full before our driving school can complete the 10 in-car lessons, as required by the MTO.
- Students must finish both online and in-car lessons within a year.
- Students are responsible for paying the certification fee after completing both the online and in-car lessons. They must call or email us to receive confirmation from the school and obtain their certificate from Service Ontario within a year of the course start date. (The school will not send any reminders.)

Refund and Cancellation Policy for All Courses
1.1 – Cancellations of in-car lessons must be made 24 hours in advance. Please contact your in-car driving instructor directly (students will have their instructor’s cell number for this).
2.1 – Our driving school has a $50 late cancellation fee or a $50 no-show fee to cover the costs associated with the missed in-car lesson.
3.1 – If a student is not satisfied or comfortable with their driving instructor, we will investigate and may assign another instructor.
4.1 – A 10% administrative fee will be charged if we are unable to provide an alternate instructor. A 10% fee on the total order amount will also apply if a student requests a refund without having started the course.
5.1 – Our driving school will arrange for student pick-up for in-car lessons within city limits. If outside of city limits, a pre-arranged pick-up location will be determined. Please call for more details on city boundaries.
6.1 – There will be no refunds for the Driver’s Education Course if student enrolled in this course.
7.1 – You are eligible for a refund only if cancellation notice is given at least two full working days prior to the course start date.
8.1 – There will be no refund for a road test booking if it has been made through our account. If a student wishes to change their test date, they must inform the instructor or the school at least 10 days in advance.
9.1 – Students must arrive on time for class (9 a.m.) and return promptly from lunch (which is 1/2 hour). They must remain in class until 3 p.m. to receive certification.
10.1 – Please refrain from using heavy perfumes during in-car lessons, as some instructors have allergies. Thank you for your understanding.
11.1 – We send a survey to gather feedback from both students and parents near or after the course completion. We appreciate your feedback to help us improve our services.
12.1 – There is no refund of the road test booking fee if the road test is booked through our account. Refunds for road test fees can be processed through your Drive Test account, or you may use the amount for a later date.
13.1 – As per Drive Test policy, students can cancel or reschedule their road test without any fees up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. If the road test is not canceled or rescheduled within this time frame, our school is not responsible.
14.1 – Ministry and DriveTest fees are not included in any of our offered courses.
15.1 – We bear no responsibility if your road test is canceled due to inclement weather, non-compliance with COVID-19 related rules, a shortage of examiners, or any other reason. Our school will charge $40 if a road test is delayed by more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time.
16.1 – If a student books a test outside of Mississauga, Brampton, or Etobicoke, additional charges of $70 per hour for travel time from the student’s pick-up address will apply.
