Our school provides student pick-up for in-car lessons within city limits.
For students outside city limits, a pre-arranged pick-up location will be determined. Please contact us for boundary details.

7.1Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if a cancellation notice is provided at least two full working days before the course start date.

10.1Allergy Awareness
Please avoid using heavy perfumes during in-car lessons, as some instructors may have allergies. We appreciate your understanding.

If a student books a road test outside of Mississauga, Brampton, or Etobicoke, an additional charge of $70 per hour will apply for instructor travel time from the student’s pick-up address.

17.1 – Independent Instructors and Unauthorized Payments
Our school is not responsible for any arrangements, payments, or lesson bookings made directly between a student and an instructor without the school’s official consent or approval.
All payments and lesson bookings must be made through the school office only.

Please note that our instructors are independent contractors hired on a course-to-course basis, not full-time employees of the school.

18.1 Travel Time & Responsibility Policy

We calculate travel time based on GPS estimates, plus:

  • An additional 30 minutes for possible traffic issues.

  • An extra 1 hour if a lesson on the test route is scheduled before the road test.

In case of delays caused by factors beyond our control—such as heavy traffic, road blockages, weather conditions, car accidents, car breakdowns, or instructions from police officers—the driving school will not be held responsible.

If a delay occurs due to reasons from our side, we may provide a small compensation at our discretion.
